Day 5 we went on a cultural tour in Roatan and learned about the Garifuna people. Then we went zip-lining through the forest canopy. It was so much fun! As the sun set on Roatan, we pulled away from the dock, heading to our next port.
Day 6 we walked around the port in Cozumel. The highlight of the day was the Mexican Cuisine Workshop we attended. We made an appetizer, entree and dessert with the help of hotel Chef, Luis and his Sous Chef, Moises. That night we went to the Chocolate Buffet on the ship. Everything was made of chocolate.
Day 6 was January 15th, our 30th birthday! We hung out on the ship and even went to a towel folding workshop. We found a new little friend when we came back to our room. He even had a message for us. I went to the gym for my final onboard workout, Nique enjoyed the hot tub and we both dressed up for the final show that night.
Day 7 we woke up to see New Orleans again. We had a good time, but it was nice to be back.
